專業評核試
持續專業發展
 
申請人必須先成為本會的學生會員，及完成一個由學會認可的課程，才可申請參加專業評核試計劃，及開始記錄至少二十四或三十三個月的「日誌和記錄冊」，若要成為本會的專業會員，學生會員必須通過專業評核試計劃。

建築測量組的學生會員必須符合本組專業評核試的有關要求，包括具有獲批准的基本專業訓練時間，通過解答專業難題筆試和專業面試。報考者必須受僱於相關建築測量行業之機構，其僱主及導師能夠及願意提供適當的專業訓練。
