Practical Task (PT) is part of APC that held yearly on every November for evaluation of candidates’ competency on practicing as professional building surveyors. It is claimed to be one of the most demanding assignments under the APC. Candidates are expected not only to apply their technical knowledge, but also to exercise their management and analytical skills through this four-days assignment before delivering a professional presentation to the panel of assessors. The success of the candidate depends on their good control and expression on every stage during the whole course, and of course, the preparation works.

This CPD Event is specially designed for all probationers who are preparing to attend PT. We have examiners who will advise their expectation on the performance of the candidates and shares their observation on the weakness of candidates in the presentation. Candidates who got a good pass in the PT 2010 will give demonstration in the Event and members of the Examination Panel who prepared the assessment paper 2010 was invited to this Event in giving dissection of the question. This must be a CPD Event that probationers will have no excuse to miss.
