Details :

BIM is not simply a 3D model or a design software tool, it is the process of developing and using three-dimensional, digital representation of building data throughout its life cycle.

Building Management and facility management of the building can retrieve the relevant building information and data from the BIM model easily.  It set up a better platform for improving the maintenance service level,  collecting the operation data of the building for analysis and managing the building in a more effective way across the life cycle of the building.

The speaker will share his valuable experience and insight about how BIM could benefit the Building Life-cycle Management.
