I represented the Institute on 11 October 2008 to sign the Memorandum of Intent entered into by the following six organisations:

• The Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management

PFMD Annual General Meeting 2008
The AGM of the Property and Facility Management Division will be held on 26 November 2008 at 6.30 pm at the HKIS Surveyors Learning Centre. Members of the PFMD are cordially invited to attend the AGM cum "Council's Reception and Small Chow".

Meeting Undergraduate Students in Property Management and Surveying of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University on 8 March 2008
The degree course in Property Management offered by the Hong Kong Polytechnic University is the first such course accredited by the Property and Facility Management Division.

Qualifications on PSA/PSC Tenders in Housing Department
The Housing Department has confirmed on 14 February 2008 that the qualification of Property and Facility Management Surveyors for the post of Estate Manager (Property Management) in the PSA/PSC Contracts in Housing Department. The Services Support Unit of the Housing Department, had advised that persons holding professional membership qualification of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors in the Property and Facility Management Division will be included in the next batch of tendering for PSA/PSC along side with HKIS(GP) qualification.

PFMD Luncheon
(2007.06.13) About 40 members joined the first Luncheon of the Property and Facility Management Division of the year on 13 June 2007 at the World Trade Centre Club, Causeway Bay.
