Your reservation fee is non-refundable after your reservation has been accepted. |

Reservations can be made by post with payment by cheque or by HKIS MasterCard. Cheques should be made payable to "SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.". |

Payment by PayPal is also acceptable after reservation is confirmed (HKIS members only). Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. |

| 4. |
Fax, telephone and cash reservations are NOT accepted. A separate cheque is required for each application/event. |

| 5. |
Reservations cannot be confirmed until one week prior to the event. |

| 6. |
Incomplete or wrongly completed reservations will not be processed. |

| 7. |
Please be reminded that seminars will be postponed when typhoon signal No.8 or above and/or the black rainstorm warning is issued. Should the aforesaid warnings be in effect at 3:00 p.m. on the day of event, the event will still be postponed. Notice of postponement will be issued later.

Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment
3 WORKING DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT, the
admission ticket will be invalid. Your name will not be included in
the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event.
