ANNOUNCEMENT: Adjustment of Operation Hours and Working Arrangements for the HKIS Head Office (Hong Kong) extended until 18 April 2020

In view of latest situation of COVID-19 outbreak and in line with the special work arrangements announced by the Government to reduce social contacts and the risk of spreading the disease in the community, it is announced that the special operation hours and working arrangements of the HKIS Head Office (Hong Kong) will be extended until 18 April 2020.
Counter service hours of the HKIS Head Office (Hong Kong) from 6 to 18 April 2020
- 10.00 am to 6.00 pm on Monday to Friday
- 9.00 am to 12.30 pm on Saturday (unchanged)
*Counter service hours for the HKIS Beijing Office remain unchanged.

As a reminder, members are required to wear a surgical mask and have their body temperature taken and to observe good personal hygiene when visiting the HKIS Office. (No surgical masks will be provided by the HKIS Office)
