Forum on the Development (Town Planning, Lands and Works; Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill 2022 On 21 December, the PDD, Land Policy Panel, and Housing Policy Panel were honoured to invite Ms Doris Ho, JP, the Permanent Secretary for Development (Planning and Lands), Development Bureau, to brief members on the proposed amendments to various developmentrelated statutory procedures including the Town Planning, Lands Resumption, Foreshore and Seabed Reclamations, Land Acquisition, Roads and Railway Works, etc, Ordinances.
