He has all-rounded experience specializing in project and construction management, engineering and surveying as well as property development in respect of residential, office and commercial premises. He is currently the Director of a Hong Kong construction & property development group, responsible for overseeing the construction operation and property development of the company. Over the years, he has been actively serving the community and construction industry by participating in different boards, committees and panels regarding sustainable construction industry of Hong Kong. He is also an AS of a RGBC and a veteran CRC panel member for a total of 8 years.

Details	:	Under the current contractors registration system in Hong Kong, a contractor carrying out any building or street works must be registered with the Buildings Department either as a general building contractor, specialist contractor and/or minor works contractor. Under the Buildings Ordinance (BO), a Registered General Building Contractor (RGBC) or a Registered Specialist Contractor (RSC) should provide continuous supervision for carrying out building or street works in accordance with the Safety Supervision Plan. Every Registered Contractor (RC) must appoint authorized representatives to act for the purposes of the BO, and the appointed representative is commonly known as the “Authorized Signatory” (AS). 1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
