He is responsible for managing the whole development cycle of private building projects: from town planning, land exchange, evaluation of development potential, design, construction to issuance of OP & CC. Mr. Grant Yuen has studied in various building professional disciplines and obtained Bachelor and Master degrees in surveying and engineering disciples. He is an Authorized Person, a professional member of HKIS and HKIE.

Details	:	Situated at Yuen Long’s Kam Tin North in proximity to the Deep Bay Area, Park Yoho is a first-of-its-kind wetland conservation cum residential development in Hong Kong. The project provides about 3,100 numbers of residential flats (now known as Park Yoho) to cater the housing needs in Hong Kong. At the same time, 7ha of restored wetland habitat (now known as Sha Po Fairyland), is now home to over 330 wildlife species including some endangered ones. With its unique and innovative charater, Park Yoho and its Sha Po Fairland is a successful example demonstrating how to strike a harmonious balance between both wetland conservation and sustainable project development. The success of Park Yoho and its Sha Po Fairyland truly represent how human beings could coexist with our valuable environmental resources, with wetland being part of our daily lives. This overwhelmingly successful development is a role model for other similar projects with wetland in Hong Kong.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
