Prof. Ar. Lam Wai Pan, Wilson is a registered architect, AP(Architect) and Project Management Professional. He has more than 25 years of experience in architecture, urban design, minor works, commercial, institutional or mega-scale projects on building construction & project management in both private & public sector. Besides, he had experiences in IT-related projects and is an ITIL Expert, ITIL 4: IT & Digital Leader, Certified Big Data Consultant, Certified Blockchain Architect as well as a CCBM and HKIA BIM Pro. He is working in the Architectural Services Department.

He is a Member of the HKIA and RIBA and a Fellow Member of HKIArb and AIADR. He is a Council Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators and the Chairman of its Construction and Adjudication Committee. He also serves as the Council Member and Hon. Treasurer of the Hong Kong Mediation Council. He was the Chairman of the Contract and Dispute Resolution Centre of the HKIA (2019-2021). He obtained the Honorary Doctor of Laws by the SABI University and was appointed as Adjunct Professor for Alternative Dispute Resolution. He is the Guest Professor of Peking University – Yuenpei Business School and Academy of Experts for Project Management. He also serves as Adjunct Professor of the Academy of International Dispute Resolution and Professional Negotiation and the Chairman of Hong Kong Adjudication Centre. Recently, he had completed the Postdoctoral Research Program of the California State University, Stanford University and University of California, U.C. Berkeley and accepted as their Visiting Scholar in 2021.

He is on the panels of various HK, Mainland PRC and international professional bodies as arbitrator, adjudicator, mediator and expert witness. He is on the list of adjudicators of HKIA, HKIAC, HKIArb, HKICADJ, AIAC and SCADJ.
