East Coast Park Precinct
Located to the west of Watson Road, the former works area for the Central-Wan Chai Bypass Project has now turned into a new recreational ground with an area of about 9,800 square meteres and a promenade section of about 360 metres alongside Victoria Harbour for the public.  The Precinct is designed, managed and operated in a creative and innovative way, such as the provision of first officially open-to-the-public breakwater, the design of the first large-scale word art installation under the theme of Victoria Harbour, in an effort to unlease to full potential and to promote the harbourfront vision of social inclusion and sustainable development.
