讲师	:	Mr. Alvin LO, MHKIA, AP(A) General Manager, Creative (Projects) – Greater Bay Area Alvin is an architect registered with the HKIA and Authorized Person (Architect). He is currently the General Manager of K11 overseeing the projects in Greater Bay Area. With focuses on innovation and creativity Alvin leads the design team and has developed a series of award winning K11 projects including retail space, offices and serviced apartments. The opening of the new K11 Hong Kong flagship project K11 MUSEAsets a new benchmark to the creative industry, from architecture, interior design to branding and experiential design etc. Meanwhile, he is a Board Member of K11 Craft & Guild Foundation which is a Charity focuses on conserving and rejuvenating the fast-disappearing Chinese craftsmanship. Ms. Charlene MO, MRTPI, RPP, MHKICON Manager, Creative (Projects) Department – Greater Bay Area Charlene is a Chartered Town Planner with full membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and a Registered Professional Planner in Hong Kong. Meanwhile, she is a professional member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architectural Conservationists. She is currently a Manager at K11 Concepts Limited with 7 years of experience in architectural design of shopping malls in Greater Bay Area, her most recent projects include K11 MUSEA and K11 Guangzhou. She is also a Board Member of K11 Craft & Guild Foundation.

详情	:	The speakers will share the story about retail developments, how K11 applies art and culture from project development aspect, as well as how K11 evolves to stay at the forefront of the industry.
备注	:	The event will be conducted online via ZOOM. Successful registrants will be notified separately via email with the web link in due course to the online event . Please install the Zoom Application in advance at https://www.zoom.us/download. For Mobile phones, iPads & Android, install the ZOOM Cloud Meetings app from App Store or Play Store. For PC and Mac, download and install the Zoom Client for Meetings.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
