详情	:	Itinerary 09:50 am – Gather at 9/F, Tower 1, Millennium City 1, 388 Kwun Tong Road, Kwun Tong 10:00 am – 10:30 am Introduction to Common Spatial Data Infrastructure (CSDI) 10:30 am – 11:30 am - Introduction to Geospatial Lab - Two approaches to using spatial data GIS’s spatial analysis (emphasize the integration between BIM and GIS) Geospatial apps 11:30 am -12:00 pm Discussion Session 12:00 pm – 12:30 pm Guided tour to Geospatial Lab, with showcases and demonstrations Brief Introduction on Geospatial Lab (GeoLab) The GeoLab is established by the Development Bureau of the HKSAR Government, operated by Tung Wah Group of Hospitals and supported by Smart City Consortium (SCC) for encouraging the public to make use of spatial data in developing smart applications, dovetailing the Common Spatial Data Infrastructure (CSDI) initiative in support of smart city development.
备注	:	Both online and offline registrations are acceptable. Online registration is accepted for this CPD event on first-come-first-served basis. A completed Declaration Form, Standard Reservation Form and payment are required for offline registration. First-come-first-served. Successful registrants will receive an email confirmation with details in due course. All participants will be asked to wear masks during the visit, maintain social distance and comply with the latest regulations regarding prohibition on group gathering. All participants are suggested to take a Rapid Antigen Test before the visit. All participating members shall arrange their own transport to the venue. While HKIS will arrange for insurance policy (COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded) for the participants, members may consider taking out their own insurance policy to cover their own risks Latecomers will NOT be allowed to join the visit. Please note that all persons entering GeoLab, except for exempted persons, are required to scan the "LeaveHomeSafe" QR code and comply with the requirement of the Vaccine Pass. 1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
