講師	:	1. Mr Raymond LEUNG - Assistant Manager, Construction Innovation and Technology Fund, Construction Industry Council Raymond is responsible for application vetting and promotion work of the Construction Innovation and Technology Fund (CITF), administered by the Construction Industry Council (CIC). He had over ten years of experience in areas of government funding, corporate communications and financial planning. Raymond is a Certified Financial Planner (CFPCM) and holds a Master of Business from The University of Manchester and a Master of Arts from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. 2. Ir Dr George Wong Ir Dr George WONG is a chartered Structural Engineer with more than 15 years of experience in construction industry. He had involved in projects of various scales and in many places such as the CASL Hangar project in Hong Kong International Airport, Parcel 7&8 of the Cotai Hotel Development in Macao and a 6-Storey operation centre in Myanmar. Since 2016, Ir Dr Wong has been focused in BIM promotion, standardisation and training missions for Hong Kong construction industry. His BIM experience is from modelling, teaching BIM courses for structural engineers as well as technical implementation of BIM for 3D modelling with structural design and analysis data to generate drawings for statutory submissions. Apart from BIM and structural engineering experiences, Ir Dr Wong had years of teaching experience at the University of Hong Kong for undergraduate courses in the Civil Engineering department. He received the 2012-2103 Faculty Outstanding Teaching Award (Team Award) for his contribution in the Sichuan Reconstruction Project led by Dr Wilton Fok (Assistant Dean of Engineering, Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering).

詳情	:	The briefing aims to introduce the CITF and provide industry with a useful guide to apply for the Fund, including the eligibility, funding mode, assessment criteria and application procedures etc. Other content includes: 1. Introduction of CIC BIM Year 2019 and the events 2. Introduction of the Certification on BIM Manager 3. Sharing on making a proper application for the Certification on BIM Managers 4. Introduction of the Accreditation on BIM Manager Courses

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
