講師	:	Mr. Edward Chor‐cheung WONG With 40+ years of extensive executive management and business development experiences with the industry and the academia, Mr. Wong is an independent consultant with clients from the Industry and Universities in Hong Kong and Mainland China on Technology, Management and Business matters. He serves as Board Director and Supervising Committee member on several company Boards and non‐profit organization. Mr. Wong received a BA in Mathematics from Fordham University in 1973. He attended Columbia University and earned his BSEE and MSEE degrees in 1974, and the Computer Systems Engineering (CSE) degree in 1980 after completed all the DEng requirements. Mr. Wong is a Life Senior Member of The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE) and was the Chair of the Professional Activities Committee for Engineers (PACE) Divisional Activities Committee (PDAC) in 1998 and 1999. He served in the IEEE Components, Packaging and Manufacturing Technology (CPMT) Award Committee from 2002 to 2004. He has been a member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) since 1973. Moreover, he was elected to the "Men of Achievement" in 1985 and is included in many international "Who's Who" and Honor societies. Mr. Rick Kwong-yip CHENG With 30+ years of solid experience in Building and Construction Industry, ranging from building services systems design, project implementation, construction supervision and property maintenance. Mr. Cheng is one of the few market practitioners specializing in Building Services and Energy Efficiency Designs, and services maintenance expertise in the property market. Through his own professional practice providing consultancy services to various clients, Mr. Cheng possesses unmatched expert view on what the market needs. Mr. Cheng is one of the patent owners of the InfoSMARTTM System, and he is an award-winner of the Merit Award of Green Building Award 2012.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
