講師	:	Victor S Yeung CFA MRICS Chief Investment Officer, Admiral Investment Limited Adjunct Associate Professor, Department of Real Estate and Construction, The University of Hong Kong Victor Yeung currently serves as Admiral’s chief investment officer. Since 2018, Victor has also been appointed as an Adjunct Associate Professor, Department of Real Estate and Construction at the University of Hong Kong. Victor has also served as the Managing Director, Asia Pacific Securities with LaSalle Investment Management. Before that, Victor has worked for Morgan Stanley and American Express. Victor was educated at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), receiving Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees there. Since 2008, he has also lectured for various other industry and academic institutions. Victor is the author of seven books and writes regular columns for several news media in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore. He is a co-host of a weekly stock analysis segment at Now TV’s Finance Channel.

詳情	:	In this talk, Victor will start with a discussion of the various developments since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Hong Kong's REIT market has also seen new and upcoming IPOs in the logistics space, and this is directly related to the development. We will also review how stock analysts start from the surveyors' asset valuation and arrive at the stock-level fair value valuation.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.
