詳情 :

"YM²" is one of the key developments of the Urban Renewal Authority’s Kwun Tong Town Centre Project. "YM²" provides distinctive leisure, entertainment and dining experiences for residents and visitors, and introduces a series of smart technology facilities to bring a more interactive, convenient and qualified service experience to customers.

YM² Public Transport Interchange is equipped with multiple innovative and smart features, which will enhance the access experience for all members of the public whilst easing traffic in the district, include:

  • Relocated 8 bus routes and 21 green minibus and red public light bus routes
  • Hong Kong’s first indoor air-conditioned bus waiting area
  • AI sensor-controlled boarding gate system
  • Installed locally-developed Air Induction Units at the minibus terminus
  • Reservation of space for the installation fast-charging facilities for electric public light buses

Apart from enhancing residents' quality of life within the immediate locale, "YM²" is also a landmark of project which fosters the Kwun Tong community spirit by blending old and new, and seeks to inherit and represent the unique culture, warmth and friendliness of Kwun Tong. Therefore, "Yue Man Lane" is set inside the mall so that former operators inside Yue Man Square can resume their businesses. Meanwhile, "Yue Man Hawker Bazaar", which is managed by the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department, provides a more cozy environment for the former stall operators of Tung Yan Street Interim Hawker Bazaar in which to run their businesses.
