詳情 :

William founded Sunlink Holdings (HK) Limited, an investment group with one of its investment themes being the revitalization of properties and its neighbourhood. Having completed the upgrades of other properties on the island side, Sunlink has recently delivered another such project by converting an otherwise aged local community mall at Sun Tin Wai Estate, Shatin, into one with more energy, passion and connection with the neighbourhood. William will share his vision behind all these revitalization stories, what good this has brought to the neighbourhood, the investment value surrounding the revitalization theme, and where his determination to continue pursuing this route comes from.

One Bite taking the role as the project architect, Alan will walk through the entire journey from design to construction stages, including the challenges that were encountered at different phases. Attention will be drawn to the design of public spaces on how to consider the intergenerational aspect through inclusive design. The approach to community engagement will be shared, which is particularly crucial to bring up the sense of ownership for a harmonious community.
