APC Final Assessment

I believe some Probationers have already received a notification instructing them to attend the Final Assessment on a weekday or Saturday at HKIS headquarters. Please prepare yourselves when you submit your FA applications. Don’t wait.

Press Conference on 30 May 2023: Opinions and suggestions on modification of residential units and building safety
In response to news of the illegal removal of a load-bearing wall from a private Tseung Kwan O flat, the BSD organised a press conference on 30 May to address the public’s concerns. During the conference, it shared with the media its views of the incident based on the available information at the time and highlighted ten mistakes or unauthorised works that are commonly found in residential fitting-out works, as well as its initiatives for solving similar problems in the future. It then issued a press release on the matter.
