To register, please complete the CPD Registration Form and return with payment to the HKIS Secretariat
Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, the confirmation email issued by the HKIS Secretariat in respect of your CPD registration will be invalid. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event.
