YSG Social Event: Baking Class
The much-awaited baking class on 15 July attracted a group of cake lovers who made their own “roasted pig” cake and was a huge success. The class was taught by a talented and experienced pastry chef who guided the participants through the process of baking a cake that resembled a roasted pig found in restaurants. Members learned the technique for stacking the cake to create its overall shape and replicate a pig’s crispy skin for its outer layer. The event was a great opportunity for both experienced bakers and beginners to learn new skills and try out a new recipe.

Overall, it was a delightful experience full of laughter and joy that YSG members won’t soon forget.

Stanley International Dragon Boat Championships 2023
On 1 July, the HKIS Dragon Boat Team participated in the Stanley Dragon Boat Short Course Race 2023 and became a Stanley Bronze Cup Finalist!
