On 18 September, Ir James Chan was invited to speak at a PQSL on the topic, “Structural Consideration and Engineering Design for Conversion Works”. The CPD was the final session of PQSL 2023.

On 28 September, Mr Paul Cheung and Mr Matthew Lee, representing Sika Hongkong, Ltd, were invited to deliver a sharing session with BSD members on repairs to concrete and other related materials.
