The 2014 YCPG Youth Forum – Hong Kong 2030: An Ideal City? – was successfully held on 26 July 2014 at the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine. The Chief Executive, Mr CY Leung, and panelists from the construction, financial, legal, and medical sectors shared their visions on the future of Hong Kong with over 400 young professionals.

During the construction session, Mr KK Ling, the Director of Planning, shared his experiences in town planning in Hong Kong. Sr David Tang, Property Director of the MTRC, shared his experiences in property development. He believed that the Integrated  Rail-Property Development Model currently practised in Hong Kong allows for the seamless integration of different social facilities with railway stations and residences.
