Finally, I have reached the end of my term as Chairman of the Young Surveyors Group and this is my final Chairman’s Message in Surveyors Times. I shall not report everything here, but, as I mentioned at the start of my term, it is YSG’s aim to promote professionalism among its members, reflect their views, and serve as a link between the Institute and Probationers and Students. Over the past year, we have done a good job of maintaining the good relationship between our members and students. We have organised lots of events, including seminars and visits, established close connections with other divisions within the Institute and other professional institutes in Hong Kong, and have continued to organise interesting study tour and annual dinner. We even achieved good results in the dragon boat competitions!
