The Property and Facility Management Division (PFMD) has a newly-formed committee to devise its next ten-year plan. The PFMD Theme 2016 and beyond is “Quality and Regulatory Mandate “質控與規控”. On this theme, the Division will conduct a series of activities and events in 2016 (see February issue). From this issue onwards, we will introduce those activities to members one by one with a view to familiarising you with what the PFMD is doing. Among the activities, continuing professional development (CPD) is of great importance. The CPD working group has already put together a very promising plan for 2016. It is our pleasure to invite our group chairman, Sr Ray Ng, to introduce it to you as follows.
