In this issue, I want to introduce to members research in the Property and Facility Management Division. Research and development (R&D) has become increasingly important to society nowadays. The PFMD is dedicated to advancing knowledge in the property and facility management industry, thereby benefiting practitioners and the industry at large. It is the Division’s hope that its research can shed light on new technologies and confer significant and noticeable benefits to society.
