Details	:	Following with the launch of ISO Directives Part 1 “Consolidated ISO Supplement”, Annex SL in October 2012, a new high level structure (HLS) has become a common framework for the establishment of management system standards like ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards in 2015. This year ISO 45001:2018 standard “Occupational health and safety management systems – Requirements” was launched on 12 March for the migration of OHSAS 18001. Upgrades of ISO 31000, ISO 50001, ISO 10002, ISO 22001 and ISO 19011 were also launched at the same year. In this talk, the speaker will not explicitly go through all those new standards, clause by clause. Instead, he will highlight the new concepts and requirements of some of the new management standards (ISO 45001, ISO 10002 and ISO 19011) relevant to property and facility management industry, including organization contexts, risks and opportunities, change in auditing practice etc. Particularly he will benchmark those standards in brief and show how to get the most benefits out of the box from those standards and how the possible integration of all management systems can help your company maintaining a single system in more efficient approach with less duplication work. Besides, he will share his experience in the certification of a kind of essential construction products – fire resistant doors and smoke control doors. The certification scheme (PCCS- PFPP) was revised in Nov. last year and it is going to be accredited by HKAS this year. As everybody knows prevention from fire spreading in a building is important to our life and our properties so the total integrity of production of fire doors and smoke doors must be maintained at very high standard. In this talk, hope you may learn something new and important to you.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.
