Poon is the Chartered Engineers and RPE in Mechanical and Building Services, Energy and Logistics and Transportation disciplines and Professional Public and Financial Accountants in UK and Australia. He also is the Fellow Members of IMechE and HKIE in Mechanical, Energy and Logistics & Transportation disciplines, Senior Member of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, Institute of Public Accountants (IPA) in Australia and Institute of Financial Accountants (IFA) in UK. Ir. Poon has more successful and solid experiences on application of advance energy saving and initiatives projects for buildings, hospitals and railway projects. For energy expertise, he has Registered Energy Assessor (REA), BEAM Professional, Retro-Commissioning Professional and Carbon Auditor Professional in US qualifications. For E&M and Building Services experiences, he has over 20 years design, construction and facility management experiences in the fields of airports, railways, power stations / cable tunnels, hospitals, commercials and residential development in Hong Kong and China which including the 11km Shatin to Central Link, Hong Kong International Airport, CLP cable tunnels, Queen Mary Hospital and North Lantau Hospital development etc.. He also has been nominated by different bureaus and departments under HKSAR to join into different Disciplinary Board Panels and Appeal Board Panels including Building Energy Efficiency Ordinance, District Cooling Services Ordinance, Lift and Escalators Ordinance, Construction Workers Registration Ordinance and Amusement Ride (Safety) Ordinance etc.. 2) Ir Sr Henry W. Details	:	This seminar is organized to cover the following topics: In hospital environment, there has different critical services to support the clinical services to serve the public which including but not limited to Operation Theatre (OT), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Airborne Infection Isolation Room (AIIR), Clinical laboratory, Wards, General and Specialist clinics etc.. The E&M services in hospital are the more critical and complex system. This seminar will give the brief describe on the following topics as elementary understanding for the E&M services design and operation in hospital environment. 1. 1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.
