Symposium on Measures to Streamline Development Control
On 1 June, Sr Francis Lam and Sr Annie Chong attended the Symposium on Measures to Streamline Development Control hosted by Sr Hon Tony Tse in the Legislative Council. The Permanent Secretary for Development, Ms Bernadette Linn Hon-ho, JP, and representatives from the Planning, Lands, and Buildings Departments were invited to share the latest measures on the Joint Practice Notes. Participants had an in-depth discussion with the government representatives on the streamlined measures including land premium calculation and gross floor area issues.
