YSG Social Event – 建造业 在线开心跑 2021

The YSG Social Events Sub-Committee formed a team and participated in the “建造业在线 开心跑 2021 marathon co-organised by the Construction Industry Council and Construction Industry Sports & Volunteering Programme. This event aimed to gather industry participants to promote health and sports culture in society.

Thanks to the enthusiastic support from YSG members and university students, the first social event of 2021 was successfully held on 20 February. Participants became morning runners under a flaming sun and started their race at the Kwun Tong Promenade. They then passed the Zero Carbon Building, Kai Tak Children Hospital, and Kai Tak Cruise Terminal Park before returning to Kwun Tong Promenade. Runners were free to choose a 3-km, 5-km, or 10-km run.
