A Taiwanese Delegation on Land Reform Visits the Institute
The Secretary General of the Land Reform Institute of Taiwan, Mr Alpha Jwo, led a delegation to visit the HKIS on 15 June. The delegation, which included representatives from private practice consultation firms, academia, and the Chinese Real Estate Arbitration Association of Taiwan, was welcomed by HKIS Senior Vice President, Sr Edward AU; the Chairman of the General Practice Division, Sr Joseph HO; and the Immediate Past Chairman of the General Practice Division, Sr Francis NG. The topics discussed were the reporting requirements of valuation for financial and IPO purposes and urban renewal. The delegation also toured the HKIS Secretariat Office and Surveyors Learning Centre.
