Congratulations to the HKIS Dragon Boat Team for its marvelous performance at the international competition in Stanley. The Stanley Dragon Boat Association invited HKIS President Sr C K Lau and the Hon Sr Tony Tse, our Past President and Legislative Council functional constituency member, as its guests of honour. Congratulations go to the paddlers for their efforts and thanks go to all HKIS members for coming to support their team.
