详情	:	The “Project Life Cycle” Series aims to promote HKIS members’ capabilities in initiating, managing and operating real estate developments, as well as piloting the eventual re-development of land. The Series will comprise various sessions covering different aspects of the Project Cycle. This 4th session “SITE” will be held on 19 Oct 2023, 7:00pm – 8:30pm. With experienced professionals from all the 6 divisions, “Site” issue covering site classification, boundary line, land exchange and modification, construction management, control on time, cost and quality, insurance, operations, nuisance, etc.will be explored via panel discussion. This aims to provide members and probationers a general picture of day-to-day practice of individual divisions, and be inspired by exploring remarkable work examples across divisions. About the “Project Life Cycle” Series With robust and diverse expertise, Surveyors are real estate development managers who steer projects into success. Tapping into HKIS’s long-standing tradition in professional project management, the Project Life Cycle Series is a knowledge-sharing initiative presented by the Working Group on Project Management (WGPM) to help members identify and resolve management issues and challenges faced in managing real estate developments. To this end, the WGPM has planned a series of CPDs covering the Project Life Cycle to shed light on project management topics in various surveying disciplines and enhance members’ project management skills at different stages in the Life Cycle, including: Project Inception and Planning; Procurement and Tendering; Site Issue, Construction and Progress Management; Design and Development Strategizing; Post-construction and Property Operations; and Project Management Tools and Communication. Experienced project management practitioners will be invited as speakers to share their insights. This CPD Series will take the form of a seminar, forum or workshop, be facilitated by WGPM members.
备注	:	The event will be conducted online via ZOOM. Upon successful payment of the registration fee, the ZOOM link for joining the CPD event will be available in the CPD/PQSL profile under the "Member Area" of the HKIS website. On-line registration is not applicable for non-HKIS members. To register, please complete the CPD registration form and return with payment to the HKIS Secretariat. Please install the Zoom Application in advance at https://www.zoom.us/download. For Mobile phones, iPads & Android, install the ZOOM Cloud Meetings app from App Store or Play Store. For PC and Mac, download and install the Zoom Client for Meetings.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
