Since 2011, he has participated in 60+ contracts involving the use of NEC forms including Engineering and Construction Contract, Term Service Contract and Professional Service Contract ranging from priced contract options to target contract options. Sr Phyllis Chung, Project Strategy & Delivery Lead – Hong Kong, Mott MacDonald Group Phyllis is specialized in commercial management and contract advisory services. She is currently leading the Hong Kong team of the Project Strategy & Delivery Portfolio of Mott MacDonald Group providing contract administration and advisory services to support the running of a variety of NEC contracts in public sector procured by Architectural Services Department, Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, Drainage Services Department and Civil Engineering and Development Department.

详情	:	The speakers will explain how changes to the Prices due to compensation events are to be assessed using Defined Cost approach under NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract in the Government works contracts in Hong Kong.
备注	:	For Face-to-Face: Prior online registration is required. Walk-in registration will not be entertained. Eating and drinking is not allowed at the Surveyors Learning Centre. For ZOOM: The event will be conducted online via ZOOM. Upon successful registration, the ZOOM link for joining the CPD event will be available in the CPD/PQSL profile under the "Member Area" of the HKIS website. On-line registration is not applicable for non-HKIS members. Face-to-Face/Zoom	:

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
