Cost is just one measure of value, another aspect to value a project today is measuring its carbon emission throughout its lifecycle.

Through this presentation, we would like to share our experience in supporting our clients in their own sustainability journeys and making contribution to their unique vision. We have developed a range of services. Recognizing that buildings account for nearly 40% of the world’s carbon emissions, we have developed digital solutions to quantity the embodied carbon generated throughout a building’s lifecycle, including production, transportation and installation stages.

Mr. Anderson Chan

Anderson joined Rider Levett Bucknall in 1997 after graduation. He was appointed as an Associate Director in 2008, became a Deputy Director in 2012 and became a Director in 2016. He is currently in charge of Rider Levett Bucknall’s Estimating Department which oversees all cost planning and estimating activities of the company. He is responsible for cost data collection and analysis, tender price index compilation, research studies for private and public sector clients.

He is the current chairperson of HKIS QSD Sustainability Sub-Committee and a member of RLB Global Sustainability Committee.

Mr. Kevin Wong

Kevin joined Rider Levett Bucknall in 2005 and was appointed as Deputy Director in 2017.  He has been involved in all aspects of quantity surveying on a wide range of projects including residential, office, commercial developments.

He has been the team leader on many iconic and sustainable buildings in Hong Kong and has worked successfully with our clients on these challenging projects.

He is a member of HKIS Sustainability Committee and a member of RLB Global Embodied Carbon Assessment Working Group.
