Richmond specializes in the provision of valuation and advisory services across the real estate spectrum, including residential development sites, en-bloc premium office buildings, retail and shopping malls, industrial estates and hospitality establishments. Richmond is currently heading the Investors & PRC Client Services team within Colliers Valuation & Advisory Services advising major investors, developers mainly from the mainland as well as Government organisations on maximising the potential of properties in Hong Kong, the Mainland China and beyond. Prior to joining Colliers, Richmond also has in-depth professional exposure in valuation for statutory bodies and public sector such as Urban Renewal Authority and Lands Department

Sherwan Esmailzadeh’s main area of expertise is advisory and valuations across APAC with a focus on large multi-country real estate portfolios of institutional investors. He has advised across all asset classes with a geographical focus on Hong Kong, Japan and South East Asian markets. Sherwan has in-depth market knowledge in real estate and is able to provide key insights and valuable advice relating to property assets in the region. With a general practice background, Sherwan is skilled at rental review, development appraisal, financial analysis and strategic property consultancy. He is currently providing valuation and advisory services in Colliers.

Speakers will share their views on data centre development in Hong Kong & GBA and experiences and challenges in conducting valuation of data centre.

The contents of the talk shall be as follows : -

1. Requirements and Market Entry Method

2. HK Market Analysis – Demand and Supply

3. GBA Market Analysis - Main Risks, Countermeasures and Policy Update

4. Experience sharing on data centre valuation

PQSL hours shall be determined by the APC candidate's respective Division.

Prior online registration is required. Walk-in registration will not be entertained.
Eating and drinking is not allowed at the Surveyors Learning Centre.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
