讲师	:	(a) Andrew Chow Andrew is the BIM Manager of Dragages Hong Kong Limited, leading the on-site BIM teams into project BIM implementation, ISO-19650 CDE solutions, digital transformation, and construction innovation across governmental and private development design-and-build projects in Hong Kong. During Andrew’s 4-year serving period for Dragages Hong Kong Limited, he utilized his extensive BIM management experience in setting up, nurturing, and supervising the project-specific BIM teams’ daily operations, as well as designing and auditing the information exchange workflows, methods, and procedures across project stages in both building and mega infrastructure projects. Andrew holds a Master of Science in Building Information Modelling Management and Integrated Project Delivery. He is the CIC-certified BIM Coordinator (CCBC) and a professional member of HKIBIM and HKICBIM. He is also a council member of the HKCA Young Members Society, aiming to promote BIM for future AEC industry pillars. (b) Jeff Mercado Jeff is a Deputy BIM Manager at Bouygues Travaux Publics, and a CIC-certified BIM Coordinator (CCBC). He has a strong skillset in technical BIM applications and technologies, enhancing collaboration, streamlining workflows, digital transformation, and developing innovative BIM solutions for complex projects such as tunneling. With 10 years of working experience in BIM, and 4 years working on Civil projects under Bouygues, Jeff has acquired expertise in leveraging automation tools like Dynamo not just for structures and building services but also for civil applications such as segmental tunnel modeling and coordination, then expanding the use of information from design to as-built deliverables. Also with his comprehensive knowledge and proven quality of work, Jeff continues to be an asset and driving innovation to BIM in Hong Kong.

备注	:	*For Face-to-Face: Prior online registration is required. Walk-in registration will not be entertained. Eating and drinking is not allowed at the Surveyors Learning Centre.

HKIS members only

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
