BSD APC May Practical Task
The BSD’s APC May Practical Task was successfully held from 15-18 May. The question paper concerned an elderly care group that intended to convert a high-rise commercial building in Cheung Sha Wan into residential care homes for the elderly with associate businesses in different zones. It aimed to assess the candidates’ competence and skills in preparing viable schemes to fit the government’s submission strategy, filing licence applications, diagnosing the defects of curtain walls and cladding systems, etc.
