Consultation Forum on Proposed BIM Contract Conditions (28 November 2019)
While BIM appears to be a worldwide and irreversible trend, local employers, consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors are concerned about their own risks and liabilities when using BIM. In response, the QSD drafted a standard form of BIM contract conditions, which can be used in conjunction with most local standard forms of consultant employment and construction contract.
