To register, please complete the CPD Registration Form and return with payment to the HKIS Secretariat

在預訂被學會接納後，學會會發出確認電郵，如申請人未能在7日內完成付款(由學會發出確認電郵起計)，此確認電郵將會無效，有關活動申請恕不接受處理，申請人的名字將不會出現在登記名單內。
