詳情	:	Workshop Agenda:- 9:00a.m. – Gather at Fortress Hill MTR Exit A 9:05a.m. - Depart from gathering point 9:15a.m. - Introduction of the painting system by Ms. Michelle Tsang, General Manager of SKK (H.K.) Co., Ltd. 11:15a.m. - Showroom tour and demonstration of paint application 12:15p.m. - Dismiss (The scheduled time may change to suit the actual conditions on the visit date.) (Successful registration will receive details of the visit.) Introduction SKK (H.K.) Co., Ltd. has established for over 35 years in Hong Kong, which is the subsidiary of SK KAKEN CO., LTD. SKK group is the specialist in Architectural and Decorative coating material. With the innovative technology invented by SKK, SKK decorate the city with Eco-friendly and Cost effective products. The SKK showroom located in Fortress Hill demonstrates variety of products like stone-liked coating, wooden or stone-liked prefabricated sheet typed materials and heat reflective products etc. By visiting the showroom, guests can know more about the advanced technology in coating industry and the knowledge of designing the most appropriated proposal for renovation projects.
備註	:	Closing Date: Extend to 13 June 2019 Online registration is NOT accepted for this CPD event. First-come-first-served with duly completed Declaration Form, Standard Reservation Form and payment. All participating members shall arrange their own transport to MTR Station. Please equip with your own non-slip shoes and wear long trousers, if necessary. While HKIS will arrange for insurance policy for the participants, members may consider taking out their own insurance policy to cover their own risks. Latecomers will NOT be picked up and will NOT be allowed to join the visit.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
