講師	:	Ms Grace Kwok, Chairman and Executive Director at Allied Sustainability and Environmental Consultants Group Limited Ms Grace Kwok is the Chairman and Executive Director of Allied Sustainability and Environmental Consultants Group Limited (8320.HK). Grace has over 20 years’ experiences in acoustics, environmental and sustainability consultancy. She specializes in environmental impact assessment and built environmental studies for sustainable building design. As a member of HKGBC Green Building Faculty, BEAM Expert Panel and USGBC Faculty with qualifications including BEAM Pro, LEED Fellow, BREEAM AP and GBL Manager, she has the privilege to work on the first batch of green building projects in Hong Kong. Other than being a green building expert, Grace is also an experienced acoustician and sustainability practitioner advising on sustainability strategies and ESG enhancements for corporates. Grace is a fellow member and Immediate Past Chairman of the Hong Kong Institute of Acoustics, a founding fellow and director of the Hong Kong Institute of Qualified Environmental Professionals as well as a member of the Noise Control Appeal Board Panel. She also serves on HKGBC’s various standing committees and LEED Technical Advisory Group.

詳情	:	Climate change has been affecting our world. Failure to response to climate change has posed a number of threats including rising temperature and extreme weather events. This is causing imminent risks to the real estate sector. Given the increasing importance of sustainability around the world, investors start paying greater attention to ESG and green finance when it comes to making investment decisions. In this webinar, the speaker will introduce to you various international sustainability assessment standards applicable to the real estate sector, including Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB), Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) and Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB). She will also explain the potential impacts of these standards on the real estate capital markets and share strategic ways of addressing and improving sustainability performance of real estate portfolios through tenant engagement, green building and ESG reporting.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
