講師	:	Mr. Tony WAN Director, Sales & Marketing (Hong Kong Properties) and 广州项目公司董事, K. Wah International Holdings Limited Tony WAN, Director of Sales & Marketing (Hong Kong Properties) and广州项目公司董事at K. Wah International Holdings Limited, is responsible for directing project planning and design, as well as sales strategy and marketing campaigns for large-scale residential projects in Hong Kong and Guangzhou. Prior to joining K. Wah, Tony was the Property Secretary, Head of Property Division of Tung Wah Group of Hospitals overseeing its entire property portfolio. He was responsible for all real estate matters, such as facility and tenancy management, redevelopment, and property acquisition. Before this position, he was the Director and Head of both the General Valuation Department and Asset Management & Investment Services Department of Knight Frank Petty Limited, an internationally renowned property consultancy. As one of the business leaders, he was in charge of planning and land matters for real estate developers and investors, offering asset management services to corporate clients like HSBC, and monitoring day-to-day sales and leasing services. Tony has a sound academic and professional background. He graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Land Management. He holds professional memberships with Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS), Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), China Institute of Real Estate Appraisers and Agents. He is also a Registered Professional Surveyor (General Practice) and Licensed Estate Agent in Hong Kong. Tony is deeply involved with the development of the surveying profession and contributes to various community services. He was the Chairman of the Young Surveyors Group of HKIS and currently acts as Council Member for the General Practice Division of HKIS. He was also previously the appointed member of Land Sub-committee of Land and Development Advisory Committee of HKSAR Government, appointed member of Appeal Tribunal Panel (Building Ordinance) and a board member of Surveyor Registration Board.

詳情	:	To further enhance the transparency and fairness of the sales arrangement and transactions of first-hand residential properties, the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance has come into effect on 29 April 2013. Tony will share his experience in dealing with these new game rules and show our members some interesting incidents and cases that we might not have envisaged when the law was first enacted.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
