講師	:	Sr Wong Yung Shing Wong has been practising with the post-qualification of General Practice & Valuation Surveyor, Chartered Building Engineer and Property Litigation Expert Witness for 31 years and well-versed with the land development process and aviation operation. In 2011-15, Wong was engaged as the Executive Director cum Legal Counsel by two Sino-Foreign private jet JVE and delegated with various in-depth duties of operation and management of civil aviation business and aviation real estate, including the AOC matters, aircraft acquisition, compliance of the air safety standards, pilot training, aircraft MRO, hangar, and liaison with the CCAC for scheduling and dispatching. Advisory was provided to three local sub-hub Governments of Chengdu for design and planning of civil airport and aerotropolis near Chengdu Shuangliu Airport. Since 2014, Wong extended to apply the UAS tools in the professional business of land, building and property surveying with inputs of IT, IRT, VR, 3D and Ai technology under the corporate names of UAS Limited (air service) and Data Oasis Limited (photogrammetry production). Wong was engaged to disseminate the applied UAS aeronautical knowledge & practice experience to the daytime students of Hong Kong Polytechnics University, THEi (Chai Wan), private users and government department civil servants and provide UAS flying certification assessment in line with the international air laws. Wong is now serving a flying team of aerial building defect inspection to property management companies and government departments. In 2020-21, Wong provided much advice to Civil Aviation Department for the promulgation of the new SUAO which will take effect in June 2022. Wong will disseminate the practical ways of using UAS under the new SUAO in this CPD.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.
