詳情	:	Introduction: 60 Fan Club (樂齡俱樂部) is a branding of the HKIS Senior Members Committee (SMC), for promoting SMC events including but not limit to seminar, visit, workshops. The 2nd event of 60 Fan Club is “Heritage Guided Tour in Sham Shui Po” on 10 November 2021, a guided tour from Sr Vincent Ho, MH, JP, Past President of the HKIS and member of the Antiquities Advisory Board. He will introduce you some historic buildings like: Former North Kowloon Magistracy, Mei Ho House, Building of The Garden Company, Limited (Sham Shui Po), Sham Shui Po Police Station, Pak Tai Temple (北帝宮) etc. and share you the on-going development and transformation of the Sham Shui Po community. He will also guide you through the famous Ap Liu Street and explore the hidden heritage value of it and the neighbourhood. After the tour, a dinner gathering will be held at Mui Fa Chuen Restaurant （梅花邨小館）. Itinerary: 5:15pm - Gather (Gathering Point: Sham Shui Po MTR Station) 5:30pm - Depart from gathering point 5:30pm - 7:30pm - Guided Tour in Sham Shui Po 7:30pm - Arrive Mui Fa Chuen Restaurant and start dinner gathering (The scheduled time may change to suit the actual conditions on the visit date.) (Successful registration will receive details of the visit.)
備註	:	Online registration is NOT accepted for this CPD event. First-come-first-served with duly completed Declaration Form, Standard Reservation Form and payment.. Successful registrants will receive an email confirmation. Admitted participants are recommended to receive two doses of Covid 19 vaccination 14 days before the visit. An electronic health declaration form shall be completed. All participants will be asked to wear masks during the visit, maintain social distance and comply with the latest regulations regarding prohibition on group gathering. All participating members shall arrange their own transport to the venue. Parking facilities are available. While HKIS will arrange for insurance policy (COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded) for the participants, members may consider taking out their own insurance policy to cover their own risks. Latecomers will NOT be picked up and will NOT be allowed to join the visit.

1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
