講師	:	Mr Luby Chun (Managing Director – MasterClean Hygiene Solution Ltd) Mr. Luby Chun holds a Master degree of Science in Housing Management from the University of Hong Kong. He has worked for multinational corporation for over 10 years in Hong Kong, China and Macau. Luby has been actively engaging in the market of environmental services including hygiene solutions, pest management, and sanitation in China, Hong Kong and Macau since 2005. Luby’s expertise is in exploring new and innovative technology in providing total hygiene solution of different properties worldwide. He led and completed a R&D project of BRT rodent control technology. BRT provides a smart solution which does not use any chemical baits or toxic substances to capture harmful rodents. It can effectively prevent and control rodents while protecting the health and safety of humans, pets and the environment. BRT is one of his inventions. He is devoted to continuously improve the total hygiene quality of our environment through application of contemporary technologies.

詳情	:	Hygiene and rodent control has been getting increased public concerns particularly after the pandemic situation. The BRT smart alcohol mousetrap is an ecological and environmentally friendly device. Its principle is to select the food that rodents like to eat to lure them. The rodents climb into the machine through the external ladder, and then trigger the mechanism to flip the platform through the electromechanical system, so that the rodents fall into the bottom and are destroyed. Rodent barrels filled with BioHit which cause them to become comatose and die within one second. The food and all parts involved in the entire process do not contain toxic substances. This webinar will talk about other innovative solutions in mosquitos and bed bugs as well.
備註	:	The event will be conducted online via ZOOM. Upon successful payment of the registration fee, the ZOOM link for joining the CPD event will be available in the CPD/PQSL profile under the "Member Area" of the HKIS website. On-line registration is not applicable for non-HKIS members. To register, please complete the CPD registration form and return with payment to the HKIS Secretariat. 1.	The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2.	A registration number will be generated for each application. The registration number is unique and non-transferrable. Members cannot proceed to payment if they do not apply the CPD event and obtain the registration number through the HKIS website.
3.	Payment can be made by cheque or by Credit Card (Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd. / American Express). Cheques should be made payable to “SURVEYORS SERVICES LTD.”. A separate cheque or Credit Card payment instruction form is required for each event/ application. You should write down the registration number and HKIS membership number at the back of your cheque. The HKIS Secretariat will update the payment status and your application will be confirm when HKIS Secretariat receive your payment.
4.	Payment by PayPal is also acceptable. Please register in our web site before the closing date for each event. Please be reminded that if you cannot settle the payment within 7 days from the date the HKIS Secretariat accepted your registration, your registration number will be invalid and your application will be rejected. Your name will not be included in the registration list and you cannot attend the concerned CPD event. (Not applicable for site visit / social event / joint event with other organisation)
5.	An official receipt which must be presented at the event, will be available for downloading from the "CPD Profile" under Members Corners when payment is received.
6.	Incomplete or wrongly completed registration will not be processed.
7.	In the event a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the event will be postponed and a new arrangement will be announced. Should the aforesaid warnings be lowered 4 hours before the event, the event will proceed as normal.
8.	If you have not received any reply from HKIS Secretariat within 7 days of the event, you may call the Secretariat at 2526 3679 to check the progress of your registration.
9.	The HKIS reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any disputes.

1.	I confirm that I fully understand and accept the risk of joining the above visit. Under no circumstances shall The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors ("HKIS"), their staff or agents be held liable for the consequence of any accidents whether or not they are caused by the negligence of the HKIS, their staff and/or agents.
2.	Members participating in the above visit shall be in good health condition.
3.	While the HKIS has arranged Group Personal Accident insurance for members joining the above visit, members who have been accepted for joining the above visit can consider procuring an appropriate insurance policy to cover their own risks before attending the event.
4.	Claims related to COVID-19 and/or pandemics are excluded under the insurance policy procured by the HKIS.
