Small Flat Adjustments in RLB Building Cost Data
GPD Council members have noted from the December 2021 edition of Rider Levett Bucknall's (RLB) quarterly publication, Building Cost Data for Private Sector Developments In Hong Kong (hereafter Building Cost Data), that an additional cost item was introduced in Section 1.2. This item applies to residential buildings with extensive numbers of studio/onebedroom units.
