It is my great honour to be elected QSD Chairperson for the 2023-2024 Council Year. The list of elected Council Members can be found below. I extend a warm welcome to the following co-opted members who have committed to assist the Council in its events.

The 2024 Annual Plan
Along with the QSD’s routine events, such as CPDs, PQSLs, scholarship presentations, and other social events, the following work plan was presented during the AGM: 
1. Organise the QSD Awards cum Annual Dinner 2024.
2. Launch the Standard Form of Building Contracts 2023.
3. Launch the Hong Kong Standard Method of Measurement of Building Works, Fifth Edition.
4. Attend the 28th Pacific Association of Quantity Surveyors (PAQS) Congress 2024 in Brunei.
5. Strengthen connections with the China Cost Engineering Association (CCEA) and other overseas counterparts.
6. Research digitalised quantity surveying workflows.
7. Organise the presentation competition for universities’ QS students.
